FAQ

How do I choose my size?

Our size chart indicates the measurements we draft our patterns for. You should use a measuring tape to measure your bust, waist and hips and compare these measurements to the size chart.

Because choosing your size online can be hard, we’ve also included a garment measurement chart in the listing for each item. This gives the sizes of the actual garment so if you’re between sizes or unsure of how something will fit you can compare your measurements to this chart.

Where do you ship to?

We ship internationally using An Post Registered Post. Simply choose the relevant shipping zone (Ireland, EU and Rest of World) at the checkout.

Please note: Assemble is not responsible for payment of any duty or import fees.

How long does shipping take?

We generally ship orders on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. Orders placed up to midday on a shipping day will be processed that day, along with the orders placed since midday on the previous shipping day. i.e., orders placed on Sunday, Monday and before noon on Tuesday will be shipped on Tuesday afternoon.

We send your parcel via An Post registered post which provides a track and trace service so we will let you know when we have sent your parcel and what the tracking number is.

An Post gives the following indication times for delivery;

Ireland: 1-2 working days
UK: 2-3 working days
Rest of Europe: 3-5 working days
Rest of World: 5-11 working days.

Assemble is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances such as severe weather, natural disasters, or other courier delays.

Please note: Assemble is not responsible for payment of any duty or import fees.

What do the numbers on your swing tags mean?

Louise numbers and marks the card label on each item based on the number of that size that was made, i.e., S 2/5 means that this is the second of five created in size S.
